Privacy Policy
This policy covers the PennySteady pre-launch pages for the Checkbook Register and the Debt Payoff Planner, the free AQL accept/reject calculator page, the related surveys, and the free downloads. It is meant to be short and plain.
What we collect
- Your email address, only if you choose to give it. You can leave it in our survey to get a launch notice. The email question is optional.
- Your survey answers. These are multiple-choice answers about how you keep your records today and what you would pay, plus any feature request you type. Please don’t include names, account numbers, or other personal details in free-text answers.
- Cookie-free visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies or local storage, and it does not track you across other sites.
We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, or any bank or account information. The spreadsheets themselves never send us your data. Whatever you type into your copy stays in your own file. You can download the free files from our pages without giving us an email address.
How we use it
- To send you one launch notice when the full version or forms pack goes on sale, if you asked for it in the survey.
- To count visits, downloads, and survey answers so we can decide whether to build the full version.
We don’t sell, rent, or share your email address for anyone else’s marketing, and we don’t send newsletters.
Services we rely on
- Google Forms collects the survey answers, and they are stored in the form’s response spreadsheet in a Google account we control.
- Cloudflare hosts these pages (Cloudflare Pages) and provides the visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
Each service handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep survey answers and email addresses until we send the launch notice. If we decide not to launch, we delete the email addresses by June 30, 2027. After the launch notice, we keep your email only if you buy the product or ask us to keep you informed.
Your choices
- Opt out or delete: Email us at seoulitebiz@gmail.com and we will delete your email address and survey answers within 30 days. You can also unsubscribe from the launch notice itself.

Children
These pages are not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
